How we start: the assessment
No obligation and no fee. The assessment is our investment in showing you we understand your business before you pay us anything. We review the systems you run, how the business actually uses them, and where they get in the way. You receive a written preliminary report: what we found, what it is costing you, and what to address in what order. The report is yours. Act on it internally, take it to another provider, or ask us to take the next phase, which then becomes a contracted engagement.

AI adoption planning
Most organisations have no plan for AI. Staff are already using public AI tools, often with company data, and nothing governs it. We work on three things: an AI usage policy that governs safe use and keeps company data out of public models; internal AI knowledge bases built on your own information, for collaborative work and reporting; and an adoption roadmap that says where AI is worth applying in your specific business, sequenced and costed. Two of the three are delivery, not advice. We have built them, for a dairy manufacturing client, with our own technical staff.
